i’m usually S-M and i ordered L, and it’s pretty loose. if you want to go for a slightly fitted/usual look then i’d recommend you ordering your actual size. the fabric is not so pleasant for everyday wear (bc it’s synthetic), but i’d wear it to the gym anyway. in general, that’s a good shirt
